When I was looking at a 2009 article there was a item called a liquid battery that I believe is the equivalent to what is now a regular car battery. It had the same exact concept. It's funny to see something so used that it was just an idea a little while ago.

The article I read was talking about how people can post a crowdfunder to raise money. With this crowdfunder you post a video on your page to show what your selling to raise money. The highest amount of money someone had made was $3,000,000 with Double Fine Productions. They say its a lot better because it doesn't take as much of a hassle. People usually help fund and it will take 1/2 the time because you don't have to find investors, they find you! :)
